Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

All Salt & Smoke Apparel products are made to order specifically for you.

Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days before shipment. This allows time for your item to be printed, packed, and prepared for delivery.

During holidays, high-volume periods, or supplier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 2–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time is typically 7–19 business days, depending on production time, carrier speed, and destination.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Salt & Smoke Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to update tracking.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Your local carrier
  • Your delivery location

Salt & Smoke Apparel is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Order issues are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
